The Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey is looking for an individual with a passion for organizing geological samples and data. An ideal candidate will have a background in the geosciences, experience with samples, and the ability to think about collecting and storing geological data on a large scale. This position will manage our extensive geological sample collections, including developing policies based on best practices, providing information and access, and contributing to the management of associated data. This position is also responsible for day-to- day sample operations, including hands-on work with the
various collections, and responding to questions from researchers and the public about our collections.
